About Us
Early 1920s — Where it all began
Mr A.W.P. Olsen, a local Real Estate Agent began inviting people to play bowls at "The Green", a four rink bowling green attached to his home "Oakdene" at 41 Murrumbeena Road, Murrumbeena.
Venue Hire
Murrumbeena Bowls Club is an excellent venue that is used for events of all types. The Club caters to the needs of a wide range of local Community Groups, providing a welcoming space for their meetings and get-togethers. Murrumbeena Bowls Club has rooms of several different sizes, so can tailor an event to meet your needs. The Club regularly hosts celebrations such as milestone Birthdays, engagements, work social functions, Barefoot Bowls and celebrations of life.
